Tenebris Somnia's release listings cover Windows PC, PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X|S and Nintendo Switch. Nintendo's Switch listing explicitly describes compatible play on Switch 2. The table distinguishes that compatibility from a separately verified native or enhanced Switch 2 edition.
Official stores
| Platform / edition | Official entry | What to check before buying |
|---|---|---|
| Windows on Steam | Steam store | Full game, free demo button, controller support and Steam achievements |
| Windows on GOG | GOG store | Region, installer requirements and current edition details |
| PlayStation 5 | PS5 product listing | Product platform is PS5; generic PS4 controller text does not establish a PS4 edition |
| Xbox Series X|S and Windows | Xbox store | Play Anywhere, supported devices and account region; do not assume Xbox One support |
| Nintendo Switch | Nintendo US / Nintendo Brazil detail page | Switch digital version, compatible on Switch 2; check your own region's purchase page |
The publisher promotes Switch 2 among the supported systems, while the checked Nintendo product identifies the software version as Switch and describes consistent behavior on Switch 2. That does not establish an upgrade pack, new performance mode or separate Switch 2 executable.

PC system requirements
These are Steam's published requirements, not our hardware benchmarks. A pixel-art presentation does not remove the storage and video needs of the filmed scenes.
| Component | Minimum | Recommended |
|---|---|---|
| OS | Windows 10 64-bit or later | Windows 11 64-bit |
| CPU | 2.4 GHz dual-core or higher | 3.6 GHz quad-core or higher |
| RAM | 8 GB | 16 GB |
| Graphics memory | 4 GB VRAM or more | 8 GB VRAM or more |
| DirectX | 11 | 11 |
| Free storage | 13 GB | 13 GB |
Steam's app data marks Windows as supported, with no native macOS or Linux platform flag. Steam's page shows Deck Verified at this check; compatibility through Steam Deck/Proton does not turn the game into a native Linux release. Recheck the current compatibility badge and your device before buying for a handheld.
Languages and controls
The Steam listing offers English, Spanish for Spain, Latin American Spanish, Japanese and Brazilian Portuguese interfaces/subtitles. The PS5 listing gives English, Japanese, Brazilian Portuguese and Spanish. Choose your platform's own language table rather than assuming identical regional labels everywhere.
The Steam page lists full controller support. Xbox lists Play Anywhere and cloud saves. These are platform features, not a promise that Steam, GOG, PlayStation and Nintendo all share saves or purchases with each other.
Demo, digital and physical versions
The demo guide links the free PC demo separately from the full release. Check the product title before installing; demo access is not ownership of the paid game.
New Blood's official product page directs physical-edition preorders to Lost in Cult. Treat those as separate purchases: verify platform, disc/cartridge format, shipping region and estimated dispatch on the actual order page. A preorder announcement is not a statement that retail copies have shipped.
This page does not freeze promotional prices. The stores may use different currencies, regional availability and sale end times. Use the linked store's checkout price and your account region for the amount you would pay.
