Which floor puzzle is this?
The apartment puzzle uses planetary symbols and a TV. The later television room produces a color sequence for the elevator puzzle. Desiderium's fly-statue floor is a separate route-repetition puzzle.

Find the Glove and both batteries
- In the second-floor apartment office, inspect the clothes rack to obtain the Glove.
- Use the Glove at the kitchen circuit breaker. After the power stops, collect the battery from the washing machine.
- Go to the second-floor bathroom and inspect behind the shower curtain for the other battery.
- Return to the third-floor study. Stand by the remote on the desk and use both batteries.
- Floor 3 study desk: stand beside the remote, use both batteries, then interact with it.
Keep the floor distinction in mind: you collect the batteries downstairs and power the remote upstairs. Repeatedly inspecting the downstairs television does not replace the remote step.
Read and enter your symbol sequence
Return to the second-floor apartment TV. Observe one whole sequence before moving. Identify the matching floor symbols, then step on them in the same order shown by the television. Complete the sequence promptly; the published walkthrough describes a time-sensitive input.
If you lose track, watch the television again and restart from the beginning. Record your own display if necessary. Do not treat the symbol order in a screenshot as a universal code.
The success check is the door to the right of the television opening. Continue into the bedroom and follow the main apartment route.
- Watch the TV for the sequence in your own save.
- Match the symbols on the floor; the numbers identify locations, not the input order.
- The bedroom door to the right opens when the sequence is complete.
The later dark television room
The film-school sequence is a different task. Complete the camera and Copper Key progression, enter the dark room and interact with the television sets until the room is lit. After the encounter, finish turning the sets on. The colors are recorded in the Old Book; collect the Black Candle before leaving.
You use those colors at the elevator. Do not return to the apartment's planetary tiles with this clue.
If the TV stays static
Check that you used two batteries at the remote in the third-floor study. Picking them up without using them is not sufficient. Check the second-floor TV afterward. If the television works but the door stays shut, re-read the sequence and repeat the floor input.
A forum report about a glitch does not establish that your save is blocked. Verify the inventory, room and sequence before treating it as a progression bug.
