Steam lists 24 achievements, including six hidden entries. Use the list as a route planner: the opening door interaction, optional Pipe, star lockers and weapon restrictions are easier to handle before you advance. Names stay in English so you can match them to the Steam list.

Check only what you have completed. Collection markers do not automatically unlock Stella Plena. The Missable objectives category excludes the four ending routes; a missed objective may still be recovered from a suitable earlier save.

A route that reduces repetition
- On the main route, handle the early interactions and collectibles before their cutoffs. Read each newly available page of the Old Book; merely carrying it is not De Relictis.
- Use a pre-Fumus save for the Pipe-only challenge, then return to a clean Wrench-only branch if pursuing that run. Treat the separate weapon challenges as branch saves, not one continuous set of actions.
- Preserve the post-Aurifer save. Complete Ending 1 without killing any Relicta. Reload for Ending 2; for Heart of Lead, search every accessible floor rather than killing just the ghosts on the direct exit route.
- Use a new game for the Bible route to Ending 3. Follow the ending guide before solving the early TV and projector puzzles. The short Ending 4 has conflicting prerequisite reports; the conservative route is to complete both main endings first.
When an achievement does not appear
Check the platform's description and the action you actually performed. A boss kill is not the same as a no-damage kill, and one Relicta kill is enough to change the finale but not enough for Heart of Lead. Keep the save before a failed challenge so you can retry its exact trigger.
Launch-week player reports describe delayed unlocks and challenge interactions. They do not prove a universal bug or a guaranteed workaround. Do not erase a clean save to test a forum fix. Completion percentages are deliberately omitted because they measure rarity, not requirements.

This checklist uses the Steam release and English achievement names. PS5 may add a platinum trophy; Xbox uses its own score and platform list. Do not assume those totals match Steam. Open your platform list before starting a completion run.
